CONTEMPLATING AND COMMUNICATING YOUR SPIRITUAL END OF LIFE WISHES
Under the guidance of Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche, Nalandabodhi has created the Nalandabodhi Suggested Guidelines for Contemplating and Communicating Your Spiritual End of Life Wishes. The Guidelines offer a framework for you to express your end of life wishes in order to create the best possible conditions for your dying process, to die with the least regret, and for your dying process to be an opportunity for others to express their love, kindness and support for you.
Please join us for a special experiential online workshop on Saturday January 31, 2026, 1-3 pm PST, to review the Guidelines, contemplate your own spiritual end of life wishes, and have your questions about this process answered.
The workshop is open to Nalandabodhi members only and is hosted by Nalandabodhi Akasha.
It will be facilitated by Karunikas Beth Patterson and Susan Busby.
Beth was a longtime therapist and grief counselor and hospice bereavement coordinator and continues to be involved in end of life issues as a volunteer hospice grief counselor, grief support group facilitator and educator.
Susan is an attorney with experience in estate planning and is a trained pastoral counsellor.
Please register by January 20, 2026.
The workshop is free to attend.
