Akasha Sunday Shamatha and Discussion

You are most welcome to join us in our Sunday shamatha meditation and discussion sessions that take place weekly on Zoom, starting at 9 am Pacific Time.  After the opening chants, we spend 45 minutes in silent meditation, with some of the time given to walking meditation for anyone who wishes to do this.  Subsequently, some of us stay on to discuss a predefined topic. The meditation and discussion together last for about 1.5 hours.
You can obtain the Zoom link for our Sunday sessions by subscribing to the Akasha email list in order to receive our weekly newsletter, which also lists other online events, courses and practice sessions from the Nalandabodhi family.
