Be Wise, Go Kind: Joy on the Path of Resilience

Registration is now open for Nalandabodhi International’s open online retreat Be Wise, Go Kind: Joy on the Path of Resilience, April 2-4, 2021.

Along with all of the unprecedented difficulties we experienced over the past year, we also may have found ourselves, on occasion, surprised by the strength of our resilience. Without such native resilience, would we have made it this far? Can we strengthen this resilience further by inviting joy to become a part of our path, even though we can’t see clearly what lies ahead? Does cultivating kindness and a loving intention help us connect more naturally with fearlessness?

During this program offered by Nalandabodhi International, Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche and other Nalandabodhi teachers will provide us with inspired guidance and practical tools of contemplation, mindfulness, and insight to explore these questions and deepen our appreciation, joy, and resilience in ways that we can share throughout our day-to-day lives.

There will be simultaneous translation to German, Spanish, Portuguese, and Mandarin Chinese.

Recordings will be available for 30 days after the retreat
